William Spransy

William serves as Managing Director of Investments for the ABODE Communities platform, overseeing capital markets and financial analysis for the firm's portfolio. William has two decades of experience in real estate investments and has managed the full lifecycle of $2B of residential investments and developments, from raw land to stabilized apartments. Previous positions include Chief Financial Officer and Advisory Board member to Eller Capital, Vice President of Finance of a land developer, and Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Aimco (NYSE: AIV).
