He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2018, followed by a Master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2021. David has worked for firms like JLL Capital Markets and Newmark in Washington D.C., where he focused on debt and equity production for multifamily properties along the East Coast.
